It might not seem like it at the moment, but this is a moment for deep trust and surrender.

Ocean waves - Everyone knows that sitting by the water produces a calming effect. In addition, I have created a 'bi-lateral' effect, panning from Left to Right, to balance out the brain hemispheres.

Alpha is the resting state of the brain. Alpha waves aid overall mental coordination, calmness, alertness, mind/body integration and learning.
